I need to be doing schoolwork, but today is a lazy day for me. I have a good grade point but want a better one. It dropped my last two classes because I turned in my assignments late. I am trying to overcome the flu and I have migraines almost everyday. I am scheduled for surgery on the 23rd of January. I am so glad that I am finally getting the surgery. I am hoping that it will let some of the pain go away with the migraines. Looking forward to having some relief.
On another note, we are here at Fort Stewart. I want to leave here so bad. I think that everyone that gets a decent dslr camera thinks they are a photographer. I have had some drama along the way. I was not as dedicated to my photography as I should have. With all the migraines, it has left me with poor vision to capture the shots, poor editing because I can hardly focus on the screen of the computer, and very poor customer/client service. I am the first to admit to this. Friends would even call me out and tell me to quit making excuses. I totally go it and decided to not run a photography business anymore and put it on hold. I decided to get what I needed to learn with a degree in hand. So I turned to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. It has helped me learn so much. There are things I can do with my camera and editing program that I never knew I could do. I almost feel like all I did was point and shoot. Though I look at some of my pictures back then and now and I can tell so much difference. I learned how to actually capture an image instead of just pointing and shooting. Anyone can do that.
I am hoping to start back up my business soon, but many people will get mad at me, I am sure. I only want to do some free photo shoots to build my portfolio. I guess they will just have to get mad at me. I need to do some more photos soon.
